ينبغي على جميع الموظفين المشاركين في نشاط التوزيع و التخزين و البيع ان يكونوا مُدربين و مؤهلين لمتطلبات اسس التوزيع و التخزين الجيد، كما ان التدريب يجب ان يكون موثق في طرق العمل القياسية و تسجيل و حفظ جميع برامج التدريب حيث ان السجلات تشمل موضوعات التدريب و اسماء المتدربين المشاركين في البرنامج
