أقر الطرف الثاني بأنه قد عاين السيارة معاينة نافية للجهل قانوناً وهي في حالة سليمة وكاملة ولذلك لا يعتد بأي اعتراض لاحق من قبله بهذا الخصوص ويعتبر توقيع الطرف الثاني على هذا العقد قبولاً مطلقاً لا رجوع فيه بوضع السيارة شكلاً وموديلاً ومحركاً وماكينة وسعراً ولا يحق للطرف الثاني مطلقاً التوقف عن سداد الأقساط أو مقاضاة الشركة أو مطالبتها بأي مبالغ أو تعويضات أو إصلاحات أو تغييرات أو إضافات في المستقبل على هذا العقد أو السيارات خلاف ما ينص عليه ضمان مصنع السيارة ( ويجوز للطرف الثاني إنهاء هذا العقد خلال عشرة أيام من تاريخه إذا لم يكن قد تسلم السيارة محل العقد بإخطار مكتوب يوجهه للطرف الأخر ولا يحق للشركة مطالبته بأي رسوم أو عمولات
