6.3 استفسر الأستاذ/ الهوشان عن أهم المشاكل التي تواجه الإدارة المالية. أفاد الأستاذ أمون بأن الوقت الضيق لمدة نشر القوائم المالية خصوصاً بأن النظام الآلي للشركة لا يساعد في استخراج البيانات بشكل مناسب بحيث يساعد الإدارة المالية في سرعة إنجاز مهامها، كما ان الإدارة المالية طلبت عمل العديد من التعديلات على النظام الآلي ولكن لم يتم تنفيذها بالرغم من سهولتها. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، إن النظام الآلي لدينا هو نظام محاسبي وليس مالي ونحن بحاجة لنظام مالي يزودنا بتفاصيل أكثر. استفسر الأستاذ/ خالد السبيل عن سبب عدم تطوير النظام وهل أحد أسباب ذلك عدم دعم من مجلس الإدارة. أفاد الأستاذ أمون بأنه قد لا يكون السبب ذلك وإنما النظام المستخدم هو نظام قديم تم عمل العديد من التعديلات عليه ولكنها ليست كافية لأنه نظام معتمد أساساً على أعمال التأمين وتم بناءاً عليه وضع الاحتياجات المحاسبية. ذكر الأستاذ الهوشان بأنه في حال استخراج البيانات من النظام ووضعها بشكل جداول والعمل عليها يدوياً قد يؤدي للعديد من الأخطاء ولا يمكن الاعتماد عليه. اقترح الأستاذ الهوشان بأن يقوم بتكليف شخص من مكتبه الخاص بدون أجر بعمل تقييم لنظام الشركة الآلي المالي وعمل تقرير عن نواحي القصور وتقديم توصيات تصحيحية بشأنه. وقام الأستاذ الهوشان بالاستفسار عن عدم ممانعة رئيس إدارة التدقيق الأستاذ/ عبدالعزيز العبيد لفعل ذلك، وأفاد الأستاذ العبيد بعدم ممانعته لذلك.

6.4 أفاد الأستاذ وحيد أمون بأن هناك حاجة لوجود خبير اكتواري داخلي يقوم بالعمل مبكراً بدلاً من انتظار رأي الخبير الاكتواري الذي يتأخر كثيراً.
