لقد راجعنا قائمة المركز المالي المرفقة لشركة الغاز والتصنيع الأهلية (شركة مساهمة سعودية) كما في 31 ديسمبر 2015 وقوائم الدخل والتدفق النقدي والتغيرات في حقوق المساهمين للسنة المنتهية في ذلك التاريخ والإيضاحات المرفقة المعتبرة جزءا لا يتجزأ من هذه القوائم المالية والمعدة من قبل الشركة وفقاً لنص المادة (123) من نظام الشركات والمقدمة لنا مع كافة المعلومات والبيانات التي طلبناها. إن هذه القوائم المالية هي مسؤولية إدارة الشركة وأن مسؤوليتنا هي إبداء رأينا على هذه القوائم المالية بناءً على المراجعة التي أجريناها.

Results (English) 1:

We have audited the accompanying balance sheet of national gas & industrialization company (joint stock company) at 31 December 2015 and income statements and cash flow and changes in equity for the year then ended and the accompanying notes is considered an integral part of these financial statements prepared by the company in accordance with article (123) from the corporate system and provided us with all the information and data requested. These financial statements are the responsibility of the management of the company and that our responsibility is to express our opinion on these financial statements based on our audit.

Results (English) 2:

We have audited the accompanying financial position of National Gas and Manufacturing (Saudi Joint Stock Company) as at December 31, 2015 and the related statements of income and cash flow and changes in shareholders' equity for the year ended on that date and the notes attached regarded as an integral part of these financial and stomach rolls by the company in accordance with Article (123) of the companies and provided us with all the information and explanations which we required. These financial statements are the responsibility of the company's management. Our responsibility is to express an opinion on these financial statements based on our audit.

Results (English) 3:

I have a financial center attached to the gas company, manufacturing capacity (as a Saudi joint stock company) in December 31, 2015 and the income, cash flow and changes in shareholders' equity for the year ended on that date, attached and marked as an integral part of these financial statements prepared by the company in accordance with the provisions of article (123) of the corporate system and us with all the requisite information and data. These financial statements are the responsibility of the company's management and responsibility is to express an opinion on these financial statements based on our audit.
