5.5 تداخل العديد من أعضاء مجلس الإدارة أثناء العرض بالعديد من الأسئلة والإستفسارات، والتي قام من خلالها الأستاذ محمد الحميقاني بالإجابة عنها جميعها إجابات وافية.
5.6 أيّد كل من المهندس عبدالعزيز الغنّام والدكتور يزيد العوهلي ما تطرّق إليه الرئيس التنفيذي الأستاذ محمد الشايع من أن ما قدمه المستشار الفني من عمل لا يزال دون المستوى المأمول، وهو الإنطباع الذي ظهرا به بعد الإجتماع مع المستشار الفني خلال شهر يونيو الماضي، مما يستوجب مزيداً من العمل على عدداً من الجوانب الفنية الواردة في التقرير، مع متابعة دقيقة من الإدارة التنفيذية لجميع مستجدات هذا المشروع قبل عرضه على مجلس الإدارة.
5.7 وفي الختام، أشار رئيس مجلس الإدارة الشيخ صالح الصقري إلى أهمية عرض تقرير المستشار الفني النهائي على اللجنة التنفيذية لتتمكن من الإجتماع معهم ومناقشة جميع محتويات هذه الدراسة، ومن ثم تقوم اللجنة برفع ملاحظاتها وتوصياتها لمجلس الإدارة ليتخذ ما يراه مناسباً من قرارات، وهو ما أيّده جميع أعضاء المجلس الحضور.
5.8 ولما لم يكن لدى أي من أعضاء المجلس الحضور أي أسئلة أو إستفسارات أخرى، شكر رئيس مجلس الإدارة وجميع الأعضاء الأستاذ محمد الحميقاني على ما قدمه للمجلس من معلومات وإيضاحات متمنين له التوفيق والنجاح في عمله.

5.9 بعد البحث والتداول، إتّخذ أعضاء مجلس الإدارة بالإجماع القرار التالي:
