- يتولى رئيس قسم الارشيف الاشراف والمتابعه على جميع النشاطات التي تتم في الارشيف كما يتولى توزيع الاعمال في حال غياب احد الموظفين في القسم، وذلك لضمان الكفائه والفاعليه في تنفيذ الاعمال واستغلال الموارد المختلفه سواءا البشريه او الماديه .
