تحديد موعد لممثلها للحضور أمام اللجنة لسماع أقواله حيال المخالفة المنسوبة للشركة كما قامت زين بتقديم عرض كافي لأغلب الدفوع المهمة والتي تؤكد عدم صحة المخالفة المنسوبة لها ومنها ( عدم منح الشركة المدة الكافية للإجابة وطلبت زين من اللجنة تزويدها بنسخة من لائحة ادعاء الهيئة المحالة للجنة وصدور أربعة قرارات سابقة من اللجنة بفرض غرامة على نفس المخالفة وشرح للجهود التي بذلتها زين للالتزام بتنفيذ قرار الهيئة رقم وغيرها من الدفوع المهمة
