قــدم قطــاع الموارد البشريــة خدمــات الدعــم للموظفين وقطاعــات البنــك الأخرى مــن خلال أربــع إدارات رئيســية الأولى : إدارة تخطيط القــوى العاملــة والتوظيــف و التــي تضــم وحــدات المتعاقدين، والتوظيــف، وتخطيط القــوى العاملــة و إدارة علاقات الموظفين والتــي تتكــون مــن وحــدات الرواتــب، وخدمــات الموظفين، والعلاقات الحكوميــة و إدارة الأداء والتعويضــات والتي تنطوي تحت مظلتها وحدتي التعويضــات والمزايا، ووحــدة إدارة الأداء و إدارة الكفــاءات والتــي تعنــى بتطويــر مهــارات الموظفين مــن خلال البرامج التدريبيــة القصـيـرة ، وبرامــج التطويــر المهني ، والمسارات الوظيفيــة، وبرامــج التعاقــب الوظيفــي، والتــي تعد مــن قبل وحــدتي التدريــب، وتطويــر الكفــاءات.

Results (English) 1:

The human resources sector support services to staff and other Bank sectors through four major departments: strong Planning Department working in waltozi which consists of units, waltozi p, strong planning and employee relations manager working which comprises be alroat units, staff services, intergovernmental relations and performance management and compensation involving compensation units under its umbrella and benefits, performance management unit and management competencies which imply the development of staff skills through training programmes to cut, and professional development programmes, career paths and career programmes hired b, Which is by lift unit training, and the development of competencies.

Human resources sector provided support services to employees and other sectors of the bank through the first four major departments: workforce planning, staffing and management, which includes units contractors, recruitment, manpower planning and managing employee relations which consist of units of salaries, staff services, government relations and management performance, compensation, involving under its umbrella two compensation and benefits, and the unity of the performance management and talent management and concerned with the development of staff skills through short training programs, and professional development programs, career paths, and programs succession, which is by the two training and skills development.
