‌د. يجب أن تحدد اللجنة الحد الأدنى للتصنيف الائتماني للطرف النظير وفي حال عدم وجود تصنيف ائتماني للطرف النظير، وتقوم الإدارة بتقييم الجدارة الائتمانية لذلك الطرف بناءً على المعايير التي تحددها اللجنة.
