شراب ناتج عن إستخلاص مجروش حبوب الشعير المنبت المجفف مع الماء عند درجة حرارة مناسبة ثم غليه مع مستخلص زهرة نبات الدينار، أو من المركزات الجاهزة لمستخلص منقوع حبوب الشعير ومن ثم الترشيح والبسترة، وإضافة CO2، ومن الممكن إضافة مواد منكهة أخرى.
