وقفًا على استيفاء الشركة المستثمر فيها للشروط المذكورة اعلاه، يجوز للصندوق الاستثمار في شركات إذا كان دخلها من مصادر محرمة يقل عن نسبة 5% من اجمالي الدخل، بغض النظر عن مصادر ذلك الدخل، مثل الدخل من مصادر سعر الفائدة او الدخل من مصادر انشطة محرمة اخرى. على أي حال، يجب على الصندوق تطهير ذلك الدخل بحساب مقدار ذلك الدخل و التبرع به في اوجه الخير وفقا لاعتماد المستشار الشرعي للصندوق
