يدير مدير الصندوق اي تضارب في المصالح بإعتبار مصلحة حملة الوحدات فوق مصلحة مدير الصندوق او الاطراف المعنية. تتاح إجراءات التعامل مع تضارب المصالح لحملة الوحدات بناء على طلبهم و دون اي مقابل و سيتم الافصاح عن اي تضارب مصالح حال حدوثها لاعضاء مجلس ادارة الصندوق
