1-2 حقوق الطرف الثاني بالاسم التجاري، وحق الطرف الثاني بالرجوع على الطرف الأول في حال إخلال الطرف الأول بالتزاماته المتعلقة بالاسم التجاري، وفق ما هو مبين في المادة (9) من هذه الاتفاقية.

Results (English) 1:

1-2 second party rights to the brand name, and the second party with reference to the first party if that party's breach of its obligations regarding the business name, as indicated in article 9 of this Convention.

Results (English) 2:

1-2 second party brand name rights, the right of the second party with reference to the first party in the event of a breach of the first party of its obligations related to the trade name, as set out in Article (9) of this Convention.

Results (English) 3:

1-2 rights to second party by the trade name and the right of second party by first party in the event of a breach by the first party for brand name, as shown in Article 9 of the Convention.
