وافق فريق الطرف الاول وبموجب هذه الاتفاقية على تخويل الطرف الثانى بتوقيع العقود مع الاطراف التى ذكرت بالبند التمهيدى إعلاه ، واتفقا فيما بينهما على عدم سريان ذلك التوقيع إلا بعد حصول الطرف الثانى على الموافقة الخطية من فريق الطرف الاول لكل عقد على حدآ .
