في حالة إخلال الشركة المصدرة بتنفيذ

في حالة إخلال الشركة المصدرة بتنفيذ التزاماتها التعاقدية بموجب أي من وثائق المشروع، وعدم تسوية مثل هذا الإخلال والالتزام بالاتفاق خلال مدة 30 يوماً اعتباراً من تاريخ إشعارها خطياً بمثل هذه الاخلالات.
