ماعدا لجنة الالتزام والحوكمة والتي تم تشكيلها في منتصف عام 2015م، وذلك بناء على قرار مجلس إدارة البنك بتعديل هيكلة اللجان التابعة لمجلس الإدارة، وذلك بفصل لجنة المخاطر والالتزام على أن تكون لجنتين منفصلتين بمهام منفصلة (لجنة المخاطر و لجنة الالتزام والحوكمة)، على أن يتم إعادة تشكيل جميع اللجان مع تشكيل مجلس الإدارة القادم في تاريخ 16/4/2016م
