تُعد السيارة محل العقد ملكاً للطرف الأول ولا يحق للطرف الثاني التنازل عن أي حقوق قد تثبت للطرف الأول بشأن السيارة محل العقد نتيجة للحوادث المرورية ونحوها كما لا يحق له مخالفة الشروط الواردة في وثيقة التأمين التي تعتبر جزءاً من هذا العقد
