اذا نقصت قیمة الضمان المصرفي عن الحد المقرر نتیجة الخصومات الحاصلة نتیجة التأخر في انجاز م ا رحل العقد أو عدم
الدقة في المهمة المكلف بها، فعلى الطرف الثاني أن یقوم بتكملة مبلغ الضمان المصرفي الى القیمة الأساسیة خلال مدة ( 3) أیام من
تسلیمه طلب من الطرف الأول بذلك، وإلا یقوم الطرف الأول بخصم المبلغ اللازم من مستحقات الطرف الثاني.
