إن العميل يدرك تمام طبيعة حساب الاستثمار وأن أي قرار أو تصرف يتخذه المدير من وقت لآخر بخصوص الأصول الموجودة في حساب الاستثمار بمقتضى هذه الأحكام والشروط ستكون لحساب العميل وعلى مسؤوليته.

The client is fully aware of the nature of the investment account and any decision or action by the Director from time to time in respect of the assets in the investment account under these terms and conditions will be for customer's account and responsibility.

The client is fully aware of the nature of the investment account and that any decision or action taken by the Director from time to time regarding the assets in the investment account in accordance with these terms and conditions will be for the account of the client and the responsibility.

If the client is fully the nature of the investment account, and any decision, action taken by the director from time to time on the assets held in the investment account under these terms and conditions will be the for the account of the customer and his responsibility.
