يستحق العامل الذي يثبت مرضه بشهادة

يستحق العامل الذي يثبت مرضه بشهادة طبية صادرة عن طبيب المنشأة أو مرجع طبي معتمد لديها إجازة مرضية خلال السنة الواحدة وفقاً للمادة ( 117 ) من نظام العمل ، وذلك على النحو التالي :

Worker who proves his illness a medical certificate issued by a doctor or a certified medical facility reference deserves to have sick leave during one year in accordance with Article 117 of the Labor Law, and in the following manner:
