على من يدفع اموالا خاضعة للتكليف وفقا للمادة 41 ان يصرح عن هذه الاموال ضمن المهلة المحددة للتصريح عن ارباحه الخاصة بعد ان يكون قد اقتطع منها الضريبة المحسوبة على اساس المادة 42 السابقة. يجب تسديد هذه الضريبة المقتطعة الى الخزينة مع التصريح.
