قسم المشتريات يجب أن يوثق معلومات الموردين المعتمدين من قبل الشركة على نظام المعلومات أو ملفات مستقلة، على ان يكون الملف مشتمل على ما يلي:- اتفاقيات مع الموردين.- العقود المبرمة مع الموردين.- كشف بمنتجات كل مورد.- معلومات وبيانات التواصل لكل مورد.

Procurement Section should document certified suppliers information by the company information system files or independent, to be comprised of the following file:

- agreements with suppliers.
- contracts with suppliers.
- Detect products of each supplier.
- Information and communication data for each resource.

The Procurement Department must document the information of suppliers accredited by the company to the information system or independent files, provided that the file includes:

Agreements with suppliers.
Contracts with suppliers.
- Disclosure of the products of each supplier.

The purchasing department shall turn the supplier information documents approved by the company into information system or independent documents, which shall include the following contents:
Agreement with supplier.
Contracts with suppliers.
Product inspection of each supplier.
Information and data communication for each supplier.
