يتبع قطاع الشئون القانونية للرئيس التنفيذي للبنك مباشرة، ويتكون القطاع من ثلاث إدارات، هي إدارة الدعاوى والتحقيقات، وإدارة الاستشارات القانونية، وإدارة التحصيل ومعالجة الديون. وتُعنى إدارة الدعاوى والتحقيقات بإقامة الدعاوى والترافع أمام الجهات القضائية في الدعاوى المرفوعة من أو ضد البنك، كما أنها تقوم بإجراء التحقيقات الداخلية في المخالفات الجسيمة

Results (English) 1:

Following legal affairs sector of the Executive Chairman of the Bank directly, and consists of three departments, namely the Department of litigation and investigations, management consulting, debt collection and administration. Case management means investigations and prosecutions and appear before the judicial authorities in proceedings or against the Bank, as they are conducting internal investigations into serious offences.

Follows the legal affairs sector to the CEO of the bank directly, and consists of three departments sector, are suits and investigations management, legal consulting, and management of the collection and processing of debt. And dealing with lawsuits and investigations to establish suits and appear before the judicial authorities in a cross from or suits against the bank management, it also conducts internal investigations into grave breaches
