تسهم هذه الدراسة في تحديد مدى فاعلية اللجان في معالجة المشكلات الادارية في المنظمات الامنية من خلال التعرف على دور اللجان في معالجة هذه المشكلات وفق خطط فعالة تتضمن تحديد مدى تحقيق اللجان لأهدافها و تطبيق ما توصلت إليه من خلال سيناريوهات و نماذج عملية تواجه المشكلات و توجد الحلول العملية الواقعية التي تتناسب مع امكانيات و قدرات المنظمات الادارية بصفة عامة و المنظمات الامنية بصفة خاصة

Results (English) 1:

This study contributes to determine effectiveness of commissions to address administrative problems in security organizations by identifying the role of the commissions in addressing these problems in accordance with effective plans that include determining the extent of achievement of objectives and implementation committees reached through scenarios and process models are experiencing the problems and there are practical solutions that match the capabilities and capacities of administrative organizations in General and especially security organizations

This study contributes to determine the effectiveness of the committees in dealing with administrative problems in the security organizations by recognizing the role of the committees in addressing these problems in accordance with the effective plans and identify the extent to which committees of the objectives and application of the art through the scenarios and the process of experiencing the problems models and no solutions Realism process commensurate with the potential and the capacity of the administrative organizations in general and the security organizations in particular

This study will contribute in determining the effectiveness of the Committee in dealing with administrative problems in the organization of security by identifying their role in addressing such problems as effective plans including the realization of the goals of the Committee and itsThrough scenarios and models of the problem and find practical solutions to realistic commensurate with the possibilities and management capacities of the organizations in general and special security organization
