فيما يتعلق بغرامة المادة 115 من قانون الاجراءات الضريبية، تم رد الاعتراض عن هذه النقطة كون اي تعديل تجريه الادارة الضريبية على تصاريح المكلف يعتبر نقص في المطرح الضريبي المصرح عنه و يترافق مع نقص في تدوين العمليات المتعلقة بذلك المطرح في سجلات المكلف
