(1) التصويت على لائحة حوكمة شركة المتوسط والخليج للتأمين وإعادة التأمين التعاوني المحدّثة وفقاً لأحكام لائحة حوكمة شركات التأمين الصادرة عن مؤسسة النقد العربي السعودي.

(2) التصويت على قرار مجلس الإدارة بشأن تشكيل لجنة المراجعة وتحديد مهامها وضوابط عملها ومكافآت أعضائها، للدورة الجديدة إعتباراً من تاريخ 07/04/2016م ولمدة ثلاث سنوات علماً بأن الأعضاء هم السادة:
1- الأستاذ عمر محمد الهوشان (عضو مجلس إدارة)
2- الأستاذ خالد صالح السبيل (من خارج الشركة)
3- الأستاذ عبدالعزيز محمد أبابطين (من خارج الشركة)

(3) التصويت على الأعمال التي تمت مع شركة السعودية للخدمات الارضية، بموجب عقد لتقديم خدمات التأمين الصحي لمنسوبيها، وذلك لمدة سنة ميلادية، وتبلغ القيمة الإجمالية لهذا العقد مبلغ (73,566,192 ريال)، حيث يشغل الأستاذ محمد بن عبدالعزيز الشايع الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة ميدغلف عضواً في مجلس إدارة الشركة السعودية.

Results (English) 2:

(1) vote on the list of Mediterranean & Gulf Insurance & Reinsurance Cooperative updated corporate governance in accordance with the provisions of the Corporate Governance Regulations promulgated by the Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency insurance companies.

(2) vote on the Board 's decision on the composition of the audit committee and determine the functions and controls work and rewards its members for the session starting from the date of 07/04/2016 m for a period of three years . the members are Messrs:
1. Mr. Omar Mohammed Hoshan (board member)
2. Mr. Khaled Saleh way (outside the company)
3. Mr. Abdulaziz Mohamed Obabtin (outside the company)

( 3) vote on the work done with the Saudi company for ground Services, under contract to provide health insurance for its employees services, for a period of one calendar year, the total value of the contract amount (73,566,192 rials), where he is a professor Mohammed bin Abdulaziz Alshaya CEO MEDGULF a member of board of Arabia management.

(1) the vote is on the list of governance of the Mediterranean and Gulf insurance company and mutual insurance review in accordance with the regulation of corporate governance of insurance companies issued by the SAMA.(2) the vote on the resolution of the board of directors on the Audit Committee Formation and its tasks and work and rewards its members, the effective date of the new session 04 / 07 2016 m for a period of three years, the members are distinguished:1.
