3.1 عطفاً على كتاب معالي وزير المالية بموجب كتابه رقم 12/1/16/19232 تاريخ 2/8/2015م، الموجه إلى عطوفة مراقب عام الشركات، تم تسجيل الشركة المصدرة كشركة ذات غرض خاص / شركة مساهمة خاصة لدى وزارة الصناعة والتجارة والتموين، في سجل الشركات ذات الغرض الخاص تحت الرقم (1) بتاريخ 25/10/2015م، وذلك لغرض تملك الموجودات والمنافع التي يمكن أن تصدر مقابلها صكوك التمويل الإسلامي، ووفقاً للغايات المبينة تفصيلاً في عقد التأسيس والنظام الأساسي للشركة المذكورة.

3.1 further to the Minister of finance under book type 12/1/16/19232 date 2/8/2015 to compassionate General controller, the issuing company has been registered as a special-purpose company/private shareholding company with the Ministry of industry, Commerce and supplies, special-purpose companies register under the number (1) on 25 October 2015, for the purpose of asset ownership and the benefits that can be issued against Islamic financing instruments, in accordance with the targets set out in detail in the memorandum and articles of Association of the company.

3.1 Further to the Letter of HE the Minister of Finance under his No. 12/1/16/19232 date of 08/02/2015 m, addressed to His Excellency General Controller of Companies, the company has been exporting record as a special purpose / private joint stock company with the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Supply, in companies registry special purpose under the number (1) on 10/25/2015 m, and for the purpose of ownership of assets and the benefits that can be issued against which Islamic finance instruments, and in accordance with the goals set out in detail in the memorandum of association and articles of association of the company mentioned.

3.1 further to the book, the Minister of Finance in his book No. 12 / 1 / 16 / 19232 dated 2 / 8 / 2015, addressed to H.E. an observer in companies, exporting company was registered as a special purpose company / private joint stock company to the Ministry of industry, commerce, catering, special purpose company registry No. (1) dated 25 / 10 / 2015, for the purpose of owning assets and benefits that can be made for Islamic finance instruments, according to the the objectives detailed in the contract establishment and system foundation J company.
