يكون المركز الرئيسي للشركة في مدينة بالمملكة العربية السعودية ، ويجوز نقل المركز إلى أية مدينة أخرى بالمملكة بعد موافقة الشركاء ، كما يجوز فتح فرع أو أكثر لها بمدن المملكة خارجها بموافقة الشركاء وبعد اعتماد الجهات المختصة ويباشر الفرع العمل تحت إدارة وإشراف أحد لشركاء أو عن طريق مدير يختاره الشركاء يكون مرخص له بمزاولة المهنة .
