1. الاستمرار في تعزيز قيمة التطوع بما يتماشى مع مبادئ جمعية الهلال واعطاء اهتمام بموضوع التطوع عبر تطوير آليات الاستقطاب وخاصة لدائرة التاهيل/ برنامج التربية الخاصة المجتمعي وتحفيزهم وتوثيق تجاربهم وقصص نجاحهم على صعيد الاعلام بكافة اشكاله.

1. continue to promote the value of volunteering in line with principles of the Crescent, and give attention to the subject of volunteerism through the development and mechanisms for rehabilitation service/special education community, motivate them and document their experiences and success stories across all forms of media.

1. continue to promote the value of volunteering in line with the principles of Crescent Society and to give attention to the topic of volunteering through the development of polarization mechanisms, especially the Department of Rehabilitation / special education program and community to motivate them and documenting their experiences and success stories in terms of the media in all its forms.
