7-1 إذا ماطل الطرف الأول في الاستلا

7-1 إذا ماطل الطرف الأول في الاستلام أو تعيين العمال كان للطرف الثاني الحق في إخلاء العقار وتركه بوضعه الحالي بمجرد انقضاء (30) ثلاثين يوماً من تاريخ محضر التسليم، دون أية مسؤولية على الطرف الثاني حيال ذلك.
