25/3 يجوز "لمدن" تعديل جميع شروط العقد عند تجديده. وفي حالة عدم موافقة "المستأجر" على التعديل ينتهي العقد بنهاية مدته، ويلتزم "المستأجر" بإخلاء الموقع وتسليمه "لمدن" حسب المادة (29/4) من هذا العقد.
