تتبنى الجمعية في مسيرتها العمل في مجال الثقافة والفنون والتعليم مع فئات المجتمع المقدسي بشكل عام والشباب المهمش على وجه الخصوص كأداةً أساسيةً للصمود والحفاظ على ارثنا الثقافي، في مجتمع يعاني من ظروف سياسية واجتماعية واقتصادية حادةً، نتيجة عدم الاستقرار وغياب لدور السلطة التنفيذية الراعية للمجتمع.
