(14) لا يوجد أي مطالبات أو حجوزات من قبل ضريبة المبيعات أو ضريبة الدخل أو أي جهة أخرى أو أي رهونات على أصول الشركة المصدرة، باستثناء القيد الوارد على المبنى المملوك من قبل الشركة والذي تنوي تصكيكه وفق ما هو مبين في هذه النشرة، بموجب قانون صكوك التمويل الإسلامي رقم (30) لسنة (2012) والأنظمة والتعليمات الصادرة بمقتضاه.
