10. نشاط لجان التوعية المجتمعية في نقل رسائل صحية ومجتمعية واسعاف اولي ساهم في تعديل بعض السلوكيات والممارسات الصحية في المجتمعات، الا ان آليات رصد تغير السلوك والممارسات تحتاج الى ادوات ومنهجيات ترصد المشكلة القائمة والتخطيط للتدخل وتنفيذ التوعية وقياس تاثيرها وتوثيقها للممارسات التي تعدلت لتصبح عادة سلوكية مستمرة يتم رصدها دوريا لفترة من الزمن، اضافة الى ضرورة استثمار تقارير تقدير الاحتياجات المجتمعية بعد تطويرها للاعتماد عليها في التوعية والحملات والسلوك الصحي المستهدف.
