لا يجوز لصاحب العمل أن ينقل العامل من مكان عمله الأصلي إلى مكان آخر يقتضي تغيير محل إقامته إذا كان من شأن النقل إلحاق ضرر جسيم به, ولم يكن له سبب مشروع.
