بعد الاطلاع والدراسة أود الافادة بأن الشركة قد خالفت نص المادة (159) من قانون الشركات بظهور رصيد مطلوب من جهات ذات علاقة مدين ( المركز الرئيسي) بمبلغ 320.622.308 ريال سعودي في نهاية عام 2014م لذا يتعين على الشركة الأم سرعة رد المبلغ المدين الظاهر بالقوائم المالية وموافاتنا بشهادة من مراجع الحسابات تفيد ذلك

نأمل موافاتنا بما ذكر أعلاه والالتزام بنصوص مواد ولوائح قوانين الشركات حتى نتمكن من إكمال اللازم وفقاً للنظام
