يجوز للمدير أن يتخذ أو يمتنع عن اتخاذ أي إجراء يعتبره ضروري لضمان الالتزام باللوائح الصادرة عن الهيئة ولن يتحمل أية مسؤولية في هذا الشأن تجاه العميل أو تجاه أي طرف آخر.
