6/4 عدم التوقف عن الإنتاج، أو انخفاضه عن (50%) من الطاقة الانتاجية المرخصة، لمدة تزيد عن (3) ثلاثة أشهر. و في حالة تجاوز هذه المدة، يلتزم "المستأجر" بإشعار "مدن" خطياً عن التوقف أو انخفاض الانتاج ومبرراته والمدة المتوقعة لاستئناف الانتاج، وسوف يتم تطبيق الشرط الجزائي عن مدة التوقف أو انخفاض الانتاج التي تزيد عن (3) ثلاثة أشهر.
