تدفع أجور العمال بالعملة الرسمية للبلاد بتاريخ واحد من كل شهر وذلك عن طريق المصارف المحلية المعتمدة ، على ألا يتجاوز تأخير تسليم الراتب عن سبعة أيام بتاريخ استحقاقه ، ويجوز بقرار من الوزير صرف الاجور قبل الموعد المحدد لها بمناسبة الاعياد الوطنية والرسمية
