يلتزم الطرف الثاني في حالة التلف أو العطل للعين المؤجرة الناتج عن التعدي أو التفريط الجزئي أو الكلي بسداد جميع الأجرة المستحقة وفي حال حصول الطرف الأول على تعويض من شركة التأمين فإنه سيحمل الطرف الثاني مقدار النقص بين مبلغ التعويض الوارد وبين الرصيد المتبقي على العميل من مبلغ التمويل وذلك بعد خصم الأرباح المستحقة من تاريخ تلف الملكية مع مراعاة لائحة الايجار التمويلي الصادر من مؤسسة النقد العربي السعودي
