عدا ان 70 فرعا تتفوق عليهم في عملية طباعة البطاقة مباشرة وإدخال الرقم السري ومن ثم استلام البطاقة. كما اجرينا تحسينات في عملية توصيل الرقم السري للعميل من خلال الهاتف المصرفي والأهلي أون لاين، كما أن تغيير الرقم السري بالإمكان من خلال جهاز الصراف الآلي بدلا من توصيله عبر البريد، وذلك ضمن الخدمات التي قمنا بتطويرها في البطاقات

As we made improvements in the delivery of the PIN for the client through phone banking, online banking, and PIN change is possible through an ATM instead of by mail, within the services we've developed in the cards
