تقتضي المادة رقم 13 من نظام مراقبة

تقتضي المادة رقم 13 من نظام مراقبة البنوك في المملكة العربية السعودية بتحويل ما لا يقل عن 25% من صافي الدخل السنوي إلى الاحتياطي النظامي إلى أن يساوي رصيد هذا الاحتياطي رأس المال المدفوع للبنك. وعليه تم تحويل 197 مليون ريال سعودي ( 2014: 216 مليون ريال سعودي) إلى الاحتياطي النظامي. إن الاحتياطي النظامي غير قابل للتوزيع على المساهمين.

Article 13 of the banking control in Saudi Arabia convert at least 25% of the net annual income to the statutory reserves to be equal to the balance of the reserve capital of the Bank. It converted 197 million riyals (2014:216 million riyals) to statutory reserves. The statutory reserves unusable for distribution to shareholders.

Article 13 of the Banking Control Law in Saudi Arabia require the transfer of at least 25% of its annual net income to the statutory reserve to be equal to the balance of this reserve paid-up capital of the bank. And it was converted to SR 197 million (2014: SR 216 million) to the statutory reserve. The statutory reserve is not available for distribution to shareholders.
