ولمّا كان عمل الفرع يقتصر على دراسة السوق اللبناني لصالح الشركة الام المقيمة في الامارات لتستفيد منها الاخيرة خارج الأراضي اللبنانية، كما ويقوم بإعادة تحميل المصاريف الى الشركة الام وفقاً للأحكام والشروط المحددة بإتفاق فيما بينهما، وان هذه الاخيرة تتحمل كلفة المصاريف المتكبدة لصالحها من قبل الفرع،
