أقر الطرف الثاني بأنه قد عاين طبيعة العمل موضوع هذا العقد المعاينة الدقيقة النافية للجهالة، وأنه قَبِل التعاقد طبقاً لذلك، والتزم بتنفيذ الأعمال التالية على مدار (24) ساعة كل أيام السنة طوال مدة هذا العقد.
