ابالإشارة إلى المادة رقم (80) من علاقات العمل في نظام العمل والتي تمنح صاحب العمل الحق في فسخ العـقد دون مكافـأة أو إشعـار أو تعويض وذلك عند ثبوت إتباع العامل سلوكاً سيئاً وكذلك عند عدم إطاعته للأوامر المشروعة في موقع العمل.
