وسيبذل مدير الصندوق قصارى جهده لمعالجة أي تضارب في المصــالح بشـكل عـــادل و منصف في جميع الأحوال، تقوم جميع الأطراف المرتبطة بالصندوق بمعالجة تضارب المصالح الذي قد ينشأ بعدالة و إنصاف بالأخذ في الاعتبار التزاماتهم التعاقدية تجاه الصندوق والعملاء الآخرين مع ضرورة الإفصاح الكافي عن الإجراءات التي سوف تتبع لمعالجة أي تضارب للمصالح - وسيتم تقديم هذه الإجراءات عند طلبها

The Fund Manager will do his best to address any conflict of sucking right on every fair and equitable in all the circumstances, all parties associated with the Fund to address the conflicts of interest that might arise with justice and fairness by taking into account the contractual obligations towards the Fund and other clients with the need for adequate disclosure about the actions that will follow to address any conflict of interests-these procedures will be provided upon request
