يلتزم المصنع بعدم الإضرار بأي مرافق خاصة بالمدينة الصناعية وفي حالة مخالفته ستطبق عليه لائحة الغرامات والجزاءات بقرار مجلس إدارة الهيئة رقمي 2/2004 28 و 29/2004 بتاريخ 29/7/1425 والمبنية على قرار مجلس الوزراء رقم 225 بتاريخ 16/11/1425 .
