6. الاطلاع على تقرير الشكاوي للربع الأول من العام 2016م:

أفاد الأستاذ/ علاء الباز بأنه من متطلبات اللوائح أن يتم عرض تقرير الشكاوي على لجنة المراجعة بشكل نصف سنوي وللجنة إبداء ملاحظاتها ومرئياتها على التقرير. كما وضح الأستاذ الهوشان بأنه تم مناقشة موضوع الشكاوي في اجتماع مجلس الإدارة وأن الرئيس التنفيذي أبدى رغبته في إنشاء نظام آلي لتنظيم عملية الشكاوي. بعد أن اطلع أعضاء اللجنة على تقرير الاطلاع على تقرير الشكاوي للربع الأول من العام 2016م؛ أفاد أعضاء اللجنة بعدم وجود ملاحظات على التقرير وسيتم متابعة التطورات التي سيتم توضيحها في نهاية السنة.
