في حاله فقد الفاتورة الاصلية يتم اعتماد صورة من الفاتورة عن طريق ختم المورد، واعتماد الجهة الطالبة، صورة من الفاتورة المرسلة عن طريق البريد الإلكتروني، مع إرسال صورة من البريد الالكترونى.
