وحيث تم الاتفاق بين الطرفين على نقل ملكية الأصول الموضحة في هذا العقد، من قبل حكومة المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية كبائع لهذه الأصول، إلى الشركة الأردنية للصكوك الإسلامية لتمويل المشاريع الحكومية ذات الغرض الخاص (مساهمة خاصة محدودة)، كمشتري للأصول المذكورة،حصراً لغايات إصدار صكوك الإجارة المنتهية بالتمليك موضوع نشرة الإصدار، الخاصة بالإصدار المذكور، وفق أحكام قانون صكوك التمويل الإسلامي رقم (30) لسنة (2012) والأنظمة والتعليمات الصادرة بمقتضاه، وذلك بموجب شروط وأحكام هذا العقد

And so it was agreed between the parties on the transfer of assets described in this decade, by the Government of the Hashemite Kingdom as a vendor for these assets, the Jordanian Islamic bonds to finance government projects with your purpose (special contribution), as the buyer of the assets mentioned, exclusively for purposes of Ijara sukuk ownership issue prospectus, release, in accordance with the provisions of the law of Islamic financing instruments (30) year (2012), regulations and directives issued thereunder, under the terms and conditions of this contract.

And where it was agreed between the two parties on the assets described the transfer of ownership in this decade, by the Government of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan as a seller of these assets, to the company of Jordan Islamic bonds to finance the special purpose governmental projects (private limited company), as a buyer of the assets in question, exclusively for the purposes of issuing Sukuk Ijarah ending with ownership the subject of the prospectus, the special version that is listed, in accordance with the provisions of Islamic financing instruments Law No. (30) for the year (2012) and the regulations and instructions issued pursuant thereto, pursuant to the terms and conditions of this contract

Results (English) 3:

Since agreement was reached between the two parties on the transfer of assets set out in this contract by the government of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan as a salesman for these assets, the Jordanian company for instruments the special purpose Islamic project financing non-governmental (private joint stock limited), as the buyer of the assets, solely for purposes of issuing the Ijara sukuk issue prospectus lease ended, for this release, Islamic finance instruments in accordance with the provisions of Law No. (30) of (2012).
